The Listening Life Coach
About David
Since 1986, I have worked cross-culturally as a missionary in Southeast Asia. Over the decades, I have been deeply involved in various community activities. Notably, after the devastating tsunami of December 2004 in southern Thailand, I participated in a relief effort that led to the establishment of an ongoing community development center.
I am also fluent in Thai, which has greatly enhanced my ability to connect and work within the local communities. Here in Thailand, I've worked extensively with both expat and rural communities. In addition to my community development work, my experience as a missionary has provided opportunities for counseling, advising, and teaching at both university and public school levels.
In my free time, I enjoy kayaking, scuba diving, snorkeling, and playing the guitar.
I have been married for more than forty-six years and have five adult children. I am passionate about using non-directive life coaching as a means of serving others to achieve their potential.
